Mobile App: Can't edit the form using an iPhone

    Hi

    My colleague is moving from an android phone to an iPhone but although he logs on with the same settings on each, the iPhone is behaving differently. I use an iPhone and the forms function perfectly so it appears to be something to do with the settings on his iPhone.

    For instance, when he tries to edit a form on his iPhone, it won't let him do it, it presents the blank form again for him to complete. I've compared my permissions on my iPhone to his and they appear to be the same so I can't understand what the issue is.

    Have you come across this before and do you have any suggestions?

    It seems to be all forms but this is one of them for reference...

    Hi Tim,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm sorry that your colleague is having difficulties with this. Can you please ask your colleague for a screenshot of what happens when he edits the phone from his iPhone? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Also, can you ask him if he's using the latest version (2.9.48) of the Jotform Mobile Form(iOS) app? You can check it out here. If not, please advise him to update to the latest version, log out from his account, and log back in.

    I cleared your form caches to refresh the form data and fix any cache-related issues.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Sometimes, issues with web forms can be caused by cached data or cookies stored in the browser. Ask your colleague to clear the cache and cookies in Safari on their iPhone by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. This will remove any stored data that may be causing conflicts with the forms.

    I have done everything you have asked me to do so far and still nothing, I
    can’t edit previous jobs and have to keep filling the form again from
    scratch.

Can you share with if your colleague tries to fill up the form using a browser or the App? Can you share the iOS version so we can try to replicate the issue?
