Good morning, our page is live and published and we're now working on an issue with the payment processor. A URL link to the page has already been sent out to customers. Is there a way to have that link redirect to a temporary page that shows the form is temporarily unavailable when we work out some kinks?

Hi Laurel_Ridge,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to redirect a user to another page while working on your form. However, it can be disabled in the meantime, and show a custom message. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.
- Next, update the Form Status to Disabled and set your message.
Another option is to conditionally hide all your fields and show only a specific paragraph field that indicates the link to another webpage/form. This guide will show you how to do that.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help
