    Hi,

    We are using jotform as an assessment tool for our applicants. We noticed that the submissions we are receiving from our Personal Assistant / Receptionist applicants is showing the questions and details from an old Executive Assistant job.

    For context, I duplicated the Executive Assistant assessment form, in creating the Personal Assistant / Receptionist assessment. The title, details and questions have been changed prior to launching and is reflecting correctly when we view the form, but the results we are getting from applicants is still showing the Executive Assistant questions and details for some reason.

    How do we fix this?
