How can I prevent the Jotform blue banner from appearing on Facebook when I post a form?

I do not want this banner to show on my post.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can try adding a logo to your form to change your form's thumbnail. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click the +Add Your Logo button below the Settings tab.
2. In Logo Properties, you have the option to either upload or enter the URL of your logo.
3. Lastly, you can resize your logo in the Logo Size option.

But, there are some limitations to some social media platforms. Please check this guide about How to Change a Preview Image when you Share a Form on Social Media for more information.

Hi IburiaHaynes,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, but after adding your logo in the form you need to scrape the link preview using the FB Debugger Tool. Let me show you how:

1. Enter the Form URL in the textbox, click on Debug.
2. Click on Scrape Again. if you're not seeing the Information, you must click the Fetch new information.

After scraping it, try sharing the URL again in your Facebook, and the result should be similar to the screenshot below.
