How to map the check list widget's field with the constant contact integration?

I created a TEST form and inserted the Checklist widget with 4 options to be chosen.

I integrated the TEST form with our Constant Contact account.

How can I get the 4 options to "map" to the corresponding fields in Constant Contact? The only field that will map is the "other" text field.

I've tried to replicate the issue using my constant contact integration on the clone version of test form . I noted that you can only map the text and date fields, so that is why you are unable to map the widget's fields. Unfortunately, you won't be able to map these widget fields with constant contact integration. I suggest you use the multiple choice element and add the text field with that label so, you can map it.
