Wants to cancel my subscription?

    I am not using JotForm. I believe someone in my company setup Jotform which is taking $29 every moth from my bank account. Can someone call me and help me cancel. I have no idea who did it and which email it is associated with etc.

    Thanks for using Jotform. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.

    We can help you to cancel your subscription. But we need to know what email address you used in your Jotform account. Can you please provide us with the URL of your form? You can check out this guide about Where to Find Your Form URL. You can also cancel your subscription, but it should be done on the Desktop version of Jotform, rather than the mobile app. It's easy, let's do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

    2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. You can also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription.

    I don't have an exact email address. Can you cancel Ali@ordiai or Blade@ordrAi. Please don't give me a hard time and have a supervisor call me.

    Hi Varkey,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I understand how frustrating this is for you. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer live phone support, but I'll do my best to help you. There is no Jotform account linked to ali@ordiai.com. But I did find an account under blade@ordrai.com. This isn't it because it's not on a paid plan. Do you have any other email addresses we can take a look at? If you know of any form that may be associated with us, can you send me the link(s) to the form?

    Once we have more information, we’ll be able to look further into this for you.
