Form Builder: Add collaborators to the form.

I recently have been exploring your services and wondering, if we create a webform, like one of the forms we have created and want team members to access the submission on the jotform app is it possible? Only to be able to view the submission on the app without having other account access

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The feature you are referring to is sharing your form with collaborators. With Jotform, you will be able to add collaborators to a specific form that can make changes to the form and view the submissions using different account access within 72 hours after the collaboration link has been created. When the collaboration link expires, you can create a new session for your collaborators. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Collaborators button which is located at the top right part of the page.
2. Copy the link that will show up after clicking the button and your 72 hours will start immediately after clicking the button.
