Form is public but still requires to login to edit the submission

My form is set to PUBLIC but if you SAVE it, the link requires you to login or create an account.....

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and got the same issue that there's a prompt that asks them to sign in or log in to a Jotform account. If they don't want to sign in or log in an account, they can click on Skip Create an Account link for them to get the session URL.
