I have downloaded 3 JPG forms

I have downloaded 3 JPG forms to my form and it will not allow me to see them when customers are filling out the form

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry I didn’t fully understand the issue, do you mean you added three images on the form and your user does not see it? Just to confirm, are you referring to this form? I have looked into the form and wasn't able to see any images, only the logo. If you'd like to add images, you may use the Paragraph Element to add it in your form. Or if you are referring to something else, can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
