Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble making your Payment Form live. Are you working on this form? I see you've selected Stripe as Payment Processor but isn't connected yet.

Keep in mind that you need to connect it to your Stripe account to start accepting live payments. It's really easy to do, let me show you how:

• Select the Product List on your form and click on the Cart icon to open the integration settings.
• Click on Settings button.
• Click on the Wand Icon and follow the next steps on the screen to connect your Stripe account.
