Encoded Fields: Getting a 20% instead of whitespace character

When our weekly marketing template is submitted, it is inserting 20% signs between the words in explanation fields.  We included a screen shot and the URL of the actual form

I cloned your form but was unable to reproduce the problem. All fields were properly encoded.

A possible solution to your problem is to modify each unique name in your email.

So that they read: {URLENCODE:unique-name} instead of {unique-name}
