"Reached upload limit"

I have deleted almost all form submissions, cleared the history through the submissions table, and it's still giving me the message about my upload limit being exceeded. Customers should not have to reach out to support every time for their upload space to be reset because the website isn't doing its job.

    Hello Ian,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it shows that you're within the limit. You're currently at 46.82 MB/100 MB. Are you still getting the warning as of writing?

For instances like this, please make sure that the deleted submissions are also deleted in the trashed folder of your tables page. Let me show you how to empty it:

    1. On the Tables page, click on the ellipsis icon on the right side of the current tab.
    2. Select Trashed entries from the options.
    3. Click on the Select All options to select all the items in the folder then click the Delete Forever button.
    4. Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button.

You can also clear the cache of the forms as an added measure.

Reach out to us again if you have more questions.
