Hi Lara,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. May we know what are you trying to do? Please check this page link and follow the guide on how to add a profile to Klaviyo.
After we hear back from you, we’ll better understand what’s going on and how to help.

Thanks Vanessa.
What we are trying to achieve with Jotform is that when I am a trade fair talking to prospects using Jotform, the details on my Jotform go directly into Klayvio.
So how can this happen if that prospect doesn't have a profile in Klavyio because they are new?
Is this possible or are we thinking about this wrong.
Do we need to set up a list in Klavyio first called Brisbane Trade Fair? If so, is that a profile?
Also, as an aside, on an Ipad, will a stylus pen be able to handwrite details rather than type?Regards
Lara

Hello Lara,
Thanks for patiently waiting while I look into this. Please note that any contact details you collect through your online form will automatically sync to Klaviyo. It means that regardless if the user is new or the user does not have a Klaviyo account, the details they submitted would automatically turn into a subscriber. You may refer to this link for more details on How to add a profile to a Klaviyo list. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
