    Hi support team,

I was making a hotel reservation in your platform. But I think you thought this is commercial fake fishing.

I will not use it as commercial and if you release ban I will not post it.

I need to finish my homework, so could you please release my ban.

    Hi Ahn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the urgency of having your account activated. As I have checked, your forms collect credit card information and were flagged as a phishing form. Please note that the collection of credit card details using regular fields is against our terms of use.

Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any payment processors available on our platform to integrate them into your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though.

If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a "Payment Authorization" feature. Kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization for more related information.

We have deleted the offending fields and reactivated your account. If you can't log in please reset your password.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
