I have added slides, but they are not showing up when I publish them. I see something in the suggestions about clearing the browser cache, but I can't find where to do that. If that is even the solution. Please help.

    Thanks

    Hi fvchristianschool,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to a Slider widget? If so, I've checked your Revision history, but there are also no slides added. Can you try re-adding it? If you're still having the same issue, can you send a short recording of what's happening? You can use Loom and send it to us.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

I made a recording explaining the problem that I am having here. This is my first time using your website for a form so I am sure I missed something.

    Thanks,

    Breanne

    Hi Breanne,

Thanks for reaching us back. After watching the video, I have a better understanding of this issue. I went ahead and cloned the form to find out what's happening. Let me address the date first. I found that you enabled the hide feature for it, that's why it shows as hidden and when the form is previewed, the form skips. Let me show you how to unhide it:

    1. In Form Builder, go to the Date field and click the gear (Properties) icon on the left.
    2. Go to the Advance tab and disable Hide Field. Some of my slides are not showing up when I preview or publish Image 1 Screenshot 50 Here's a preview of the form after unhiding the field: Some of my slides are not showing up when I preview or publish Image 2 Screenshot 61

About the slides you're asking about, can you tell us more about it? Are you talking about the fields that were supposed to be in your form? Please note that your form is using the Card Format, so each field shows up in slides. Is that the one you're telling us about? If so, can you please check your form's Revision History to see if you can still retrieve those slides? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the green message prompt with a rotating arrow on the top center of your form, just below the form title. Some of my slides are not showing up when I preview or publish Image 3 Screenshot 72
    2. A box will appear on the right showing the changes you've made in your form. Try to go to the very first change by scrolling down to the bottom and click on it. Hit Revert to display the previous revision made to it. Some of my slides are not showing up when I preview or publish Image 4 Screenshot 83

If this is not what you're looking for, you can provide us more details by answering the questions above.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
