    Hi colouratticted,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. I checked your account, cleared your form caches, and recalculated your upload space, and it's now at 652.93 MB/1.00 GB. I checked your forms, and it looks like your form, New client Appointment Form color, has multiple uploaded files, which caused your Upload Space to increase.

You can delete the file attachments from the submissions in order to free up your upload space. But before doing so, I highly suggest downloading them first, as they can no longer be restored once purged. Here's how to do that:

    • On your My Forms page, select the form, and click on Submissions in the upper part to get to Jotform Tables.

    • In Jotform Tables, click on the Download All button on the right side of the page, and select Download Attachments.

    • A dialog pops up stating that an email will be sent to you once the files are ready to be downloaded. It may take a while for you to receive that email, depending on the files' size. Just click on OK, Got it on the dialog.

Once done downloading, you can already delete the file attachments. Let's do it:

    • In Tables, click on any of the attachments, and tick Select All.
    • Click on the Delete button.

Finally, you need to purge them to complete the process:

    1. Click on the three vertical dots on the main tab.
    2. Select Trashed Entries.

    4. Tick Select All.
    5. Click on Delete Forever.
    6. Select Delete to confirm.

That's it. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
