Accept or deny reservationa before confirmation

    Hi guys, I have a question that I have not been able to solve by reading the user guides or I have not found what I was looking for. I have a form to reserve face-to-face events, and I would like to be able to approve or deny the requests that arrive to me, before sending an email to the recipient with the confirmation of his ticket. Is there any option or action I need to take to enable this feature? Many thanks Jose Montero

    The best way to do this would be to set up conditional autoresponder emails:

    You could have those emails based on a hidden field in the form and then edit the users submission after it is received.  If the email is set to "Send on edit" it will send when you edit the submission:

    This way, the user could submit the form and if the condition to send the email isn't met, the email won't send.  You could then edit their submission from the submission view and if the submission meets your requirements, set the field the email conditions are based on so that is meets the requirements to send the email:
