Cancel my subscription.

    It appears Jotsform did not cancel CAAD Jotsform on April 11, 2024, as I followed the instructions to cancel it, but just recently Jotsform emailed CAAD an invoice for the payment. It is already canceled! I had to do it again today to cancel it!

    Hi Joe,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and checked your account and can see that you have successfully canceled your subscription. Keep in mind that all paid plans are subject to auto-renew since it's a subscription. But you can cancel your subscription, to stop auto-renewal. No worries, after the cancellation, your account will remain in the Bronze plan for the period you paid for and will automatically downgrade to the Starter plan on the day of expiration which is on June 5, 2024.
