    a assinatura venceu hoje e não quero mais. poderiam extornar o lançamento de hoje?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, the Bronze Monthly Plan of your account was renewed for the next billing cycle before it was canceled. To cancel the subscription completely and request a refund, you can fill out our Refund Request Form. You can find the form here. You might also want to check out this guide about requesting a refund from Jotform.
