Hello JotForm, I created several forms that many people have access to the submissions. I am getting into some issues with some submissions getting deleted accidentally. Is it possible to track who deleted a submission from the trashed entries folder?

Hi Esther,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's currently not possible to view who deleted a submission through the Trashed Entries folder. But, you can view it through the Revision History in Jotform Tables. Let me walk you through it.
- On your My Forms page, select the form, and click on Submissions in the upper part to get to Jotform Tables.
- In Jotform Tables, click on the green link right below the form title. The Revision History pane pops up on the left side of the page, where you can see the username of the person who deleted a submission.
Another way to check who deleted and purged submissions is through your Account Activity Logs. Here's how to do it:
- Go to your Account History page.
- Choose Submission Deletions, or Submission Purges from the All Actions dropdown.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
