Information missing in form emails

    In the Enrollment Form the "Lunch Option" was build into the form, but the email notification and form review in Jotform didn't show "Lunch Option".

    Hello Juliet,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry to hear that there is a missing piece of information when the form email/s was received. I’ll do my best to help you out.

    I checked the Email Content of the Email Notification and the Autoresponder Email, and both have the Lunch Option form field added. Is the issue happening on both form emails?

    The most common fix for this kind of form email issue is to add new form emails and delete the existing ones. Especially if your form is a clone or you added the option recently, the form emails did not update the form fields. I've cloned your form to provide a demo for you, please see the steps and the screencast that you can follow:

    1. In the orange navigation toolbar, go to the Settings tab.
    2. Select Emails from the left pane.
    3. Click + Add email and add both form emails.
    4. Click the trash icon on the previous form emails to delete them.

    After following the steps above, please clear the cache of your forms by following this guide on how to clear your forms cache
