I would like to allow my users, once they complete the form to save their responses to their local device (maybe as a nicely formatted PDF) so they have the results for future reference.

    Hi Walter,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can let your users save their responses by creating an Autoresponder Email, this type of email is automatically sent to the users right after they submit the form. Let me show you How to Create an Autoresponder Email for your form:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
    5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

Another option is to create and add a PDF button in your Thank You Page, which will give users the option to download the PDF version of their responses. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, scroll over to the bottom of your form, and click on the hyperlinked Edit Thank You Page.
    2. Then, click on the Action button, hover your mouse over the Download PDF section, and click on the + Create.
    3. Next, create a name for the PDF Button, and select the default PDF.
    4. Finally, click on Create.
