Hello Jade,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. To send your respondents an email to notify them that their orders will be shipped, and then send them a tracking number, you can set up a reminder email at a later date depending on your preferred date. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder element and click on the Pencil icon.
- Go to the Advanced tab and select the (custom date) in the Send Email Later option. Then Save it.
