    Hi Team,

My website is in the final stages of development. WooCommerce is used for the store setup and checkout process and I will use PayPal as the payment gateway. I already setup PayPal Business for my Company.

I would like to ask your support with the following questions.

    1) I am looking for a solution to automatically send invoice to the customer when the checkout and payment is completed successfully.

    2) I am also interested how the invoice information will be synced with PayPal, so the payment would be assigned to a given invoice number that the system automatically generated.

    3) Going through the information about different PayPal solutions of PayPal Business, Advanced Checkout and PayPal invoicing, it was not sure which one I need.

Should you need more information, please let me know.

    Thank you.

    Nora

    Hi Nora,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform offers a way for form owners to generate an invoice for their payment forms. It's easy to set up. Let me show you how:

    1. Once you’ve set up the PayPal as your payment integration, click on the List icon to open the Payment Settings panel.
    2. Then, click the Invoice tab and set Enable Invoice to Yes.

You can enter your business details under the Your Business Details section and then that information will appear on your invoices.
