I have reached the limit on submissions

I have the free version currently which as I understand allows for 100 submissions per month and 5 forms. It is saying that I have reached the limit on submissions but I haven't had any new submissions this month (or at least less than 10). I am confused.

Is this related to the storage? If I delete archived forms will that reset the storage level?

    Thanks,

    Rachael

    Hi Rachel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and saw that you currently have 3/100 monthly submissions and a total submission of 245/500.

For the archived forms, they will not be counted to your form limits. But, submissions will still be counted towards your account limit. However, you haven't reached your limits. Can you send us the screenshot of the email or warning message you received? We have a guide about how to do that here.

After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

Thank you for your response. I ended up deleting (3) of my archived forms and that seemed to clear the problem as it is no longer showing an error message on the home page. Previously it said I had exceeded my submission storage in bright red in a box on my home page. Now it's clear.

    Hi Ramyles,

Thanks for getting back to us. I've recalculated your account limits and cleared the form caches on our server. Please check it again and let us know if you need further help.
