Form Fillers unable to submit

    Hi there,

    Users are getting error messages all of the sudden when they try to access my RSVP Form. It's telling users that have not registered yet for our event that they cannot submit an entry; and they've already submitted one. It's been working fine until today.

    Hi Jessica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and I see that you're not checking any unique submissions and unique fields so they shouldn't have gotten any error about resubmitting the form. Does the error happen when they click on the Submit button or when they are accessing the form? Can you share with us a screenshot of the error? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Can you also try sharing your form again with them via the form link? Here's how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    • Click on Copy Link and let them try accessing your form again using the link.
