My Jotform is saying full and I upgraded to the bronze. I’ve only had 5 submissions in the past 30 days. And I’m not due to renew until May 16

Hi Wealth Haven Financials,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the system, I saw that your upload space has exceeded the quota. To free the space, please download the submission data and delete the entries. A kind reminder that you need to remove the trashed entries as well. Let me show you how to delete the data:
- In Submission Table, please select the entries that you would like to delete.
- Click on Delete button.
- Choose Move to Trash.
Now, you need to remove the entries in the trash.
- In Jotform Tables, open the tab menu in the upper-left corner.
- Select Trashed entries.
- In Trash, choose Select All to select all the entries.
- Click on Delete Forever button.
