Hi Scott,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you would like to notify customers when the project is completed. Can you explain more how you normally considered the project is comleted? For now, what I have in mind is the Approval Flow feature. It allows your colleague to "approve" the form after form submission. After that, the customer will receive a notificatoin email after approval. Yet, I'm not sure if it fits your scenario, you can share us more information so that we can see if there's any other alternatives can serve the purpose better.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
