    Hello

Our managers who are approvers for the flex leave form below, are being navigated to google instead of the inbox. They are not required to have a JotForm account and that's how we want to keep it.

    Hi scotchoakburn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The approvers for that form are not required to create an account to approve or deny a submission. They might have clicked something not related to Jotform, the reason the page opened up a Google page. If the users are certain that they tried to access an approval, which led them to a Google page, let us know which specific email they tried to access, and we'll check the email.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I don't understand what you mean by specific email they tried to access.. they are using their own work email address!!??

For example; Leigh Cordell is currently having issues approving one. leigh.cordell@soc.tas.edu.au

    Hi scotchoakburn,

Thanks for getting back to us. Let us know the submission ID of the submission that relates to the email that your users tried to access, and sent them to Google. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but I wasn't sent to Google when I tried to approve a submission. Ask the user to record their screen using Loom, whilst the issue happens. Then include the recording in your reply. Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
