Hi there,
I have my form "Digital Menu" linked to an automation with Integrately and it seems there is a delay on Jotform's feed to Integrately. Is this a momentary issue or is there an issue with my plan that I should take note of?

Hi Will,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We currently do not have a delay with form submissions. Also, we do not have a direct integration with Integrately. Can I ask how Integrately is integrated to your form?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi there, I found the error. It says API Call Limit exceeded however I was already at Silver plan. I have now upgraded to Gold plan.

Hi Will,
The API limit will automatically reset at midnight (EST). I have reset your daily API limit, please check if you are still having any issues. You can also refer to our guide on Daily API Call Limits.
