My clients when using my Jotform aren’t able to upload photos

Hi Nichole,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, is it the form fillers that's having issues uploading images to the form, or you can't view the uploaded images on your end? I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results on my computer:
I also didn't run into any issues when uploading images on my mobile device. Take a look at the screenshots below:

Does this happen to multiple clients? If not, I suggest you advise the affected client to try filling out the form using a different browser. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.
