Cant map fields from my form to Salesforce Image 1 Screenshot 20

I am trying to connect my form to my salesforce account, but it's not letting me match the relevant field with each other. I am not quite sure how to

    Hi Jennie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

It appears that the fields in your Salesforce don't match the fields in your form, which is why you can map them. For example, if the field element in Jotform is Short Text, the data type in Salesforce should be Text as well, and if the field element is Number, the data type in Salesforce should also be Number. Let me show you how to check it:

    • In Salesforce, go to Service Setup.

    • Search for Object Manager.

    • Look for your Salesforce Object and check the Data Type in the Fields & Relationship tab.

Can you double-check and change the data type? If you're still having the same issue, send us a screenshot of your Field & Relationship page. This guide will show you how to do that.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
