Hi Jennie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
It appears that the fields in your Salesforce don't match the fields in your form, which is why you can map them. For example, if the field element in Jotform is Short Text, the data type in Salesforce should be Text as well, and if the field element is Number, the data type in Salesforce should also be Number. Let me show you how to check it:
- In Salesforce, go to Service Setup.
- Search for Object Manager.
- Look for your Salesforce Object and check the Data Type in the Fields & Relationship tab.
