Hi Arisa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Keep in mind that the columns in the left corner represent the fields that you have in your Airtable. While the columns in the right corner represent the field that you have in your form.
Now, if you added a field on your Airtable, but it is not showing in the integration, you will need to remove the Integration and then add it back. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Integrations from the left panel menu.
- Then, click on the Airtable icon.
- Next, click on the Three Vertical Dots icon, and select Delete Action.
- Finally, click on + Add New Action, add the fields again, and click on Save. That's it.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Arisa,
I'm very sorry to hear that. Can you tell us the name of the field and the data type on your Airtable that isn't showing in Jotform integration? Please also share a screenshot of your Airtable field for us to properly test the issue.
After we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.
