Was there any emails to inform of group approval change?

I am terribly disappointed with Jotform.

Before Group Approval was in use, I built my own Group Approval using logics and split branches.

Following setup of Approvals was made easy with Group Approvals.

When I revisited my old Approvals to make changes, thinking that Team Approval was the same as Group Approval I proceeded to delete my old process flows, only to know that Team Approvals is only available upon upgrade of my plan.

Was there any emails to inform of this change?

Why is the button made available to my plan?

Why was I even allowed to name a Team, only be informed to upgrade my plan when I started to add Team members?

When Jotform removes a feature that was available to me in my previous plan was it a push for me to upgrade? You should let the subscribers know what other features you will be removing to push us to upgrade our plans.

I have been with Jotforms for about 2 to 3 years. Why don't you just let me know upfront when you will discontinue the old plan. This way I can plan better.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi howecatering,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. We did not remove any features. The Jotform Teams was added for them to test the feature and see what it looks like before they upgrade to Enterprise. There is no email about it, but there's information in the user guides that it is for Enterprise users. Keep in mind that group approval is still available using the approval element.

Check out this guide on How to Request a Group Approval With Jotform Approvals

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

    Hi Waqas,

    I appreciate your prompt reply.

Apologies for not looking through the other Approval Element before sending out this email.

    Thank you for your help.
