We are not receiving notifications on our business email?

    Dear Support Team,

    We have not been receiving notifications to our business email address (care@carechamp.co.za) and have also tested to send to office team email address (and still does not seem to work)?

    We have also tried to remove our email from the bounce list and does not seem to work,please see below screenshots.

    Could you please fix this? as we urgently require assistance.

    Hi Lauren,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. The email address was added to the bounce list because the email can't be delivered due to the verification process. I have removed the email from the bounce list. Removing it from the bounce list won't fix the notification email issue.

    The email address care@carechamp.co.za was added as a verified sender email and it is used as the Sender Email for the Notification Email of form ID 220833712092046. To completely fix the issue, you will have to delete the verified sender email and add it again using the SMTP setting. Let me show you how to delete the verified sender email:

    • Log in to your account, at the upper right part of the page click your profile icon and then select settings.

    • Under Settings, look for Sender Emails then click the trash icon.

    To Set up SMTP for a Form, Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your account, at the upper right part of the page click your profile icon and then select settings.

    2. Under Account Settings, look for sender emails and click the Add Sender Email button.

    3. Enter the SMTP details as follows:

    • Email Address: Your email address.
    • Host Name: The hostname provided by your hosting provider.
    • Port: 587 or 465.
    • Username: Your email address. Unless the hosting provider specifies a unique username, this should be the same as the email address.
    • Password: The password for the given email address/username.
    • Security Protocol: TLS or SSL.

    If everything’s done, click the Test Email button to confirm the SMTP works. If it works, click the Save Email button to finish the setup. Otherwise, correct the details.
