My account was disabled due to a fake application form.

    Good day . My application form has been disabled .please can you assist

    Hello Sam,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. Your account has been suspended because your Finance Application Form has been flagged as offering a fake service/application. We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms of use. Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You can now log in to your account again. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email.
