Smart PDF: How to update the original PDF?

on the Duty Of Care & Pretreatment form, I have used an old version of the pdf and I need to update it with a logo- can i do that without losing all the field links to the pdf?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can update the original PDF that is uploaded on your Smart PDF Form. If the only change is the logo, you will not lose any of the mapped online fields and the collected data. Let me show you how to update the PDF:

• In the Form Builder, go to the Upload tab at the top of the page.
• Select Update PDF.

• In the dialog, select Re-Upload PDF and choose your PDF file.

After selecting the new file, you should now see your new PDF document in Smart PDF Forms with the field maps intact.
