How can i make order form for our internal purpose?

Dear Jotform,

I wish to ask if you have an order form that our sales team can:

1) Choose customer ( dropdown or search bar)

2) Select brands or products directly ( dropdown or search bar )

3) Input Qty of the selected products

4) Price is optional they can put

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can accept online donations, sell one or more things, and collect subscriptions with Jotform's order forms. You might want to check this guide Setting Up Your First Order Form for more information. We also have a free online Order Form Template that you can check out and modify to your preference. In addition, dragging and dropping features or elements makes it really easy to create forms. I'll help you do it:

• In Form Builder, go to your My Forms page.
• On the left side of the page, click on Create Form.
• Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, choose the options that you want, and then drag and drop them onto your form.

The signature field is one of the Basic elements. Circle back to the Add Form Element menu to add that to your form:

There are a number of ways that you can view the data that you collect. 

• You can view them in Jotform Tables, Inbox, and PDF Reports. 
• If you're the form owner, you can download the data, and as a default setting, all of the submissions will be sent to your email address. You can also customize this option if you want to. 
• Your forms can be integrated with 3rd-party cloud storage services. Jotform protects your data using powerful security tools. Check out the details about that here.
