How to transfer forms?

Good morning,

My principal is retiring and would like to transfer all the Jotforms to the new principal. Where can we find the steps to make this process happen?

Hi Debbie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can definitely transfer the forms between accounts. Keep in mind that the request to transfer the form should come from the account of the form owner.

The form owner needs to create a support ticket using his/her Jotform account requesting to transfer his/her form/s and the username to where the form will be transferred should be indicated.
