PDF download questions

Hi, I have a couple of PDF download (Download All) questions that I wasn't able to answer by reviewing existing forum questions.

1). Is there any plan to return the "Download All" to a single PDF containing all the submissions vs the new one separate PDF per submission in a zip file?

2) Is there any way to customoze the title of the Zip file? For instance, if I filter results and download all the submissions in the filter to PDF, it would be great to be able to change the name of the zip file to reflect the filter I used to get those particular submissions.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Download All feature in Tables is meant to work as it is right now so that all users have the capability to choose the submissions they want to download and have them identified separately as individual submissions. Compressing them in a .zip file can take up less storage space and can be transferred to other devices more quickly than uncompressed files.

For your second question, unfortunately customizing the name/title of the .zip file is not possible at the moment. The file names are system-generated, and cannot be changed before or during downloads. You can rename it once the file has finished downloading.

Thanks for reaching us back. Unfortunately, downloaded submissions compressed as .zip files go directly to the email first to verify the download request. This is to avoid unwanted downloads, especially if a form or submissions are being worked on in a group, like form sharing or collaborations.
