Subscriptions: Can you please explain Jotform subcription plans

So I'm with a nonprofit and we want to create an application, photo release and medical forms. They have to be signed by parents and we really don't have any money for a plan but looking for the best program. So when it says 100 signatures a 100 a month?

On the Starter Plan, the Signed Documents limit of 100 is regarding how many signing processes your account can manage throughout the entire month.

So, every month, more specifically on the 1st, your limit is reset and you can get 100 signatures again. And therefore, this process will repeat itself in the upcoming months.

Since you´re researching what´s the best option for you, I highly recommend taking a look at this guide, which will assist in understanding even better all the limits of every account.

If 100 signatures per month is enough for your current situation, the Starter Plan is the best idea.

However, if insufficient, I would highly recommend upgrading to other plans.

1. Monthly Usage: these limits are reset after 30 days cycle from the date of account creation. Following submissions limits are included in it.

• Signed Documents= 10
• Payment Submissions= 10
• Form Views= 1000
• Submissions= 100

2. Total Usage: these limits are one time and based on your subscribed plan. These limits won't reset automatically, but you can delete the old data to free space. Following limits are included in it:

• Forms= 05
• Submission Storage= 500
• Upload Space= 100MB
