Jotform Sign: How to Set Up Signing Order?

    How can I set documents so that after the first doc is completed and signed, then go to the second doc fill out sign and now go to third do and so on?

    Hi BAstrove,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can set up sequential document signing using the signing order feature in Jotform Sign . Let me show you how:

    How to Create a Sign Document:

    1. Go to your My Documents page and click on Create Sign Document.
    2. Now, you can upload your own document, or you can use the Demo Document to test it out.
    3. Then, you can add more documents, or you can just continue by clicking on the Create Signable Document button.
    4. That will redirect you to the Sign Builder page.

    After creating your document, you can let the system detect fields automatically by clicking on the Detect Fields button, or you can manually match your fields with elements by dismissing the pop-up message:

    How to set the signing order for your Jotform Sign Document:

    1. Open your document in Sign Builder, and then click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Click on Send Document to Sign, and toggle Signing Order to the On position.
    3. With your mouse, click on, hold, and drag the Six Dots icon on the left side of the signers to put them in the order you want,
    4. Now, click on Send to Sign and you're done.
