Revision History: How to recover previous form version?

I worked on building a form for an hour and it disappeared. Only the template remained. There were 4 or 5 pages I edited but only the template is showing up

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you talking about this form? And to clarify, you want to retrieve the fields that have disappeared from the form you're currently working on, correct? If so, you can easily get them back by visiting the form's Revision History. This is where you can find the changes made to your form, and get back to a previous change if needed. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click the green text with a rotating arrow on the top center of your form, just below the form title.
2. A box will appear on the right showing the changes you've made in your form. Scroll down to it and look for the revision you want to recover. Hit Revert to display the revision.
