Hello-
I just created a new Jot and would like the submissions to go to my outlook. Is there a way to link these together?
Thank you!

Hi Karen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I didn’t fully understand the issue, what do you mean by your submission going to your Outlook? Can you explain a bit more about what you want to do?
It would also help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Hi Anna,
No problem! Yesterday, I created a new form for the employees at my company to submit a business card request order. When they submit the form, I would like the results/request to go to my company email so I do not have to check in daily on Jotform to see if anyone has submitted a request.
Basically, I would like to be notified via email when someone completes the form below.
Please let me know if you need further clarification.

Hi Karen,
Thanks for getting back to us and for the clarification. You can set up a notification email sent to your preferred email so you'll get notified once there's a new form submission. It's easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Now, click on Emails in the left panel, then hover your mouse to Notification and click on the Pencil Icon.
- Next, click on Recipients Tab and scroll down to Recipient Email. You may add your preferred email or delete the default one, then add your preferred email.
- Finally, click on Save button.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
