    My forms unavailable I cannot use please call me at 443 2488351

    Sorry to hear about your unavailable forms.

    To get it fixed as soon as possible, I would highly advise you to provide more details of the issue on this thread because customer support isn´t available via Phone.

    By doing that, I´m sure the technical support team will advise you on the best course of action.

    Now, coming back to your question. I checked your forms and it looks like you are referring to this form which is currently unavailable. When I checked the status it was set as Disabled. You will need to Enable the form to use it again. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings.
    2. In the Left Pane, go to the Form Settings.
    3. Click on Disabled under Form Status and choose Enabled.
    4. Then click on the Save button.
