Enterprise: Cost, Lead Time, and Estimated Completion time for 5,000 form Transfers?

Our firm is going to possibly bring on a large group of reps, thousands of accounts that would need to be moved to our firm. Does Jotform have the capabilities to handle something like that? If so, what would be the cost, lead time, and estimated completion time. Let's use 5,000 forms as a jumping off point.
