Jotform account disabled - reached limit

    Hi, i am on the free plan. I have received email saying the account has reached its limit however i don’t receive anywhere near 100 submissions a month. I’ve had the plan for more than six months and only reached 100. I have delete old submissions regularly.

    Hi Vanessa,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. The limit that it's referring to is the uploads. I have cleared the cache of your account on our end, and you should be able to access it. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
