Hi, I recently received a notification that says "upload space limit reached".

I have deleted all of my submissions and even cleared my trash of m submissions and it still says that there is no upload space left for me. There are currently 0 submissions on my account and yet it still says I have reached my upload space limit. Can you guys fix my account?

    Hi Dalton,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I have cleared the cache of your account on our end, and it should be good to go. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
