How to display all the file uploads in a grid display?

Multiple choice entry form report. My photo contest entry form allows 1 or 2 entries. Is there a way to generate a Grid Report (image thumb important) that displays all entries on exclusive rows, ie. submissions that have 2 images are display on a separate row instead of multiple columns?

    Big ask?

    Thanks,

    Joe

    Hi Joseph,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Are you referring to the file uploads view in the submission table? If so, you can change the table type into Uploads to view all the submission files like a grid. Let me show you how:

    1. Click on the Three Dots icon on the current table tab.
    2. Select Change Type an click Uploads.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Sorry if I was not clear. I need each download to be displayed as separate rows. I have submissions that include 2 images each with their own Title, Location, and Price but the same photographer.

Ideally the report will display each Photo on a row with Photographer name, Title, Location and Price as columns.

    Example attached, see Nancy Jorgensen.

    Hi Joseph,

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine all of the columns you mentioned into a single column together with the image. These columns are independent fields on your form, so they cannot be combined in Jotform tables. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
