It's not saving an appointment schedule correctly. I'm trying to have it for June 17, 8-12. When I preview the form or try to fill it, it keeps changing the date to May 8

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that you are having difficulties with this. I checked your form and can see that you didn't select a Start Date on your Appointment Slots widget which is why it shows May 8 on it.
However, if you have already tried changing the Start Date but the settings keep getting back to default, I tried cloning your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
As you can see on the screencast, the Start Date setting that I applied didn't change back to default even by changing it twice. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, please try the steps below:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies and open the Form Builder on a new browser session then try editing the Appointment field again.
- Use another device/browser or the Incognito/Private mode of the browser.
- Use a different internet connection.
- Clear your form's cache and cookies.
